Account Verification After Login At BetMax
After you sign in, BetMax may ask you to verify your account to confirm identity, age, and payment ownership. The check can appear as a banner in your profile or as a restriction on withdrawals until documents are approved.
Verification is required before the first withdrawal. BetMax also triggers verification when you change key details (name, date of birth, email, phone), when you request higher deposit or withdrawal limits, or when a payment method check flags a mismatch between the account holder and the card or wallet owner.
BetMax can request a repeat check if your account stays inactive for a long period and then returns to activity, or if you log in from a new country or device and the security system marks the session as higher risk. In these cases, deposits may still go through, but withdrawals and bonuses can be paused until the review finishes.
- ID: Passport, national ID card, or driver’s licence; the full document must be visible, in colour, with all corners shown and no edits.
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last 3 months; it must show your full name and current residential address.
- Payment method: For bank cards, a photo of the card with the middle digits covered and only the last 4 digits visible; for e-wallets, a screenshot of the account page showing your name and wallet ID/email.
- Source of funds (when requested): Recent payslip, tax statement, bank statements, or sale contract documents that match the level of account activity.
- Selfie / live check (when requested): A selfie holding your ID or a short in-app liveness check to match your face to the document.
At the moment, BetMax uses verification mainly as a withdrawal gate and as a response to profile or payment inconsistencies; once approved, the account typically stays verified until details or risk signals change.
